The Carcavelos Surf School started in 2001, resulting in FIRST SURF SCHOOL IN BEACH CARCAVELOS. Teachers are Post Graduates Surf the Faculty of Human Kinetics, experienced and accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation. The School is registered with the Tourism of Portugal and is certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation. The school has facilities that are appropriate to students' needs (clothing, toiletries) and a large supply of surfboards and wetsuits. The classes are for students of all ages and all levels.
